These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the SDN Stickers website and related services.

By accessing or using the website, creating an account, subscribing to a membership, making a purchase, submitting information, or contacting us, you agree to these Terms.

1. About SDN Stickers

SDN Stickers operates a website that includes:

  • customer and member account features;
  • membership subscriptions;
  • member account pages;
  • physical product sales, including stickers;
  • contact and communication features;
  • business registration and contact forms;
  • live chat functionality; and
  • directory/listing content for businesses.

SDN Stickers is registered in the United States of America.

2. Accounts and Memberships

To access some features, you may be required to create an account.

You agree to:

  • provide accurate and current information;
  • keep your account information updated;
  • maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials; and
  • accept responsibility for activity that occurs under your account.

You may not share your account credentials with others or use another person’s account without permission.

If you subscribe to a membership, your access to certain content, features, or benefits may depend on your active membership status.

We may suspend, limit, or terminate accounts or memberships where reasonably necessary for legal, operational, editorial, billing, or security reasons, including if these Terms are violated.

3. Member Profiles and Avatar Images

If the website allows profile customization, including avatar or profile image uploads, you are responsible for ensuring that any image or content you upload is lawful and does not infringe the rights of others.

By uploading an avatar or profile image, you grant SDN Stickers permission to store, display, and use that image as reasonably necessary to operate your account and related website features.

4. Purchases and Orders

The website may allow users to purchase physical products, including stickers.

By placing an order, you agree that:

  • the information you provide is accurate;
  • you are authorized to use the payment method submitted;
  • orders are subject to review and acceptance;
  • product availability may change; and
  • we may cancel, refuse, or limit orders where reasonably necessary for inventory, billing, legal, fraud-prevention, or operational reasons.

Product images and descriptions are provided for general informational purposes. We try to display products as accurately as possible, but actual appearance may vary depending on printing, materials, or device display.

5. Membership Billing and Renewals

If memberships are offered on a recurring basis, you are responsible for reviewing the billing terms presented at sign-up.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, recurring memberships may renew automatically until canceled. Canceling a membership generally stops future renewals but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise.

6. Business Submissions and Listings

Businesses may submit information through a business registration form, contact form, email, or live chat for possible inclusion in a public listing.

Businesses do not have self-service business accounts for listing management. At this time:

  • businesses do not publish listings directly;
  • businesses do not directly edit or delete listings through an account dashboard;
  • there is no business self-service management portal;
  • there is no QR code scanning feature; and
  • there are no business logs or business dashboards made available to participating businesses.

All business listings are reviewed and manually created, edited, updated, or removed by SDN Stickers.

Submitting information does not guarantee:

  • that a listing will be created;
  • that a listing will remain published;
  • that all submitted information will be used;
  • that a listing will appear in any particular order or format; or
  • that changes will be made immediately.

7. Accuracy of Submitted Information

If you submit information to SDN Stickers, you represent that:

  • the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
  • you have the right to submit it;
  • any submitted text, logos, images, or other materials do not infringe third-party rights; and
  • the content does not violate applicable law.

You agree to notify us if listing information or account information becomes inaccurate or outdated.

8. License to Use Submitted Content

By submitting text, images, logos, profile images, listing content, or other materials to SDN Stickers, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to store, reproduce, edit, format, display, publish, and use such materials as reasonably necessary to:

  • operate the website;
  • maintain user accounts and profiles;
  • create and maintain business listings;
  • provide customer or membership services; and
  • promote or support website functionality.

You retain ownership of your content, but you grant us this limited operational license.

9. Corrections, Updates, and Removal Requests

If you want a business listing corrected, updated, or removed, contact us at connect@sdnstickers.com.

We will review reasonable requests, but we reserve the right to determine how content is displayed, updated, or removed, subject to applicable law.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • use the website for unlawful purposes;
  • submit false, deceptive, defamatory, abusive, or infringing content;
  • interfere with the operation or security of the website;
  • attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems;
  • scrape or mass-collect content or data without permission;
  • impersonate another person or business; or
  • upload malicious code, spam, or harmful material.

11. Communications and Third-Party Messaging

The website may allow communication through forms, live chat, email, and links to third-party messaging services such as WhatsApp.

If you choose to use a third-party messaging service, your communication with that service is also subject to that provider’s own terms and privacy practices.

12. Intellectual Property

The website and its original content, branding, design, layout, graphics, text, and functionality are owned by or licensed to SDN Stickers, except for third-party content and user-submitted materials.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or exploit website content without permission, except as allowed by law.

13. No Guarantee of Accuracy or Availability

We try to keep the website, store, memberships, and listings reasonably accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that all content, listings, product descriptions, communications, or services will always be complete, accurate, current, or uninterrupted.

Users should independently verify important information before relying on a listing or service.

14. Disclaimer

The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SDN Stickers disclaims warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, or accuracy.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SDN Stickers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of the website, memberships, products, listings, or related services.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.

16. Suspension or Removal

We may suspend, restrict, remove, or terminate access to accounts, memberships, forms, chat, listings, or website features where reasonably necessary for legal, billing, editorial, operational, or security reasons.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles, except to the extent mandatory law provides otherwise.
