This Refund Policy explains how SDN Stickers handles refunds for memberships and physical product purchases made through the website.

1. Memberships and Subscriptions

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase or required by law:

  • membership fees are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started;
  • canceling a membership stops future renewals but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period; and
  • if a duplicate, accidental, or unauthorized membership charge occurs, please contact us and we will review the matter.

If you cancel a recurring membership, your access may continue until the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise stated.

2. Physical Sticker Purchases

If you receive a physical sticker order that is:

  • damaged;
  • defective;
  • incorrect; or
  • materially different from what was ordered,

please contact us at connect@sdnstickers.com with your order details and a description of the issue. We may request photos or additional information in order to review the request.

If a refund, replacement, store credit, or other resolution is approved, we will determine the appropriate remedy based on the circumstances and applicable law.

3. Change-of-Mind Requests

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase or required by law, change-of-mind refunds for memberships or physical products are not guaranteed.

4. Billing Errors and Duplicate Charges

If you believe you were charged in error, charged more than once, or charged without authorization, contact us promptly at connect@sdnstickers.com.

5. Non-Excludable Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
